What Is An Audit
These audits are to check if law enforcement is accurately and constitutionally: detaining, blocking, arresting or denying a citizen of their sovereignty and constitutional rights upheld by: local, state and federal laws.
How Is This Achieved?
The audit is usually video recorded or recorded as a live stream by the individual(s) being apprehended or by 3rd parties witnessing the incident by an officer(s). A 2-part audit is when the incident is being evaluated by a 3rd person. A 3rd person may also cite case law in support of the actions or non actions of persons involved. The officer and the subject is graded: A- F.
What’s At Risk During An Audit?
An audit may be deemed as a confrontation with "authority." This with the fact many of these officers have a power centric ego and armed, can be a very challenging situation. The auditor risk everything in doing the audit. This is why the soldier in the field is the auditor who is protecting and upholding the constitution and human rights. These are the defenders of the sovereignty of the individual and of the laws enacted by the governing institutions.
These actions of educating law enforcement and making them aware of the commitment they swore to uphold to protect and to defend come.at a risk of physical harm or detention, is to be admired. You want to know what makes a great society? It is people like you see in these audits. I comment them all and willing to show your appreciation by donating. There are law enforcement officers who also to be commended on their professionalism and tactics.

HUGE LAWSUIT! These Cops Had NO IDEA What They Were Doing!
Aug. 31, 2022 - Welcome to Audit the Audit, where we sort out the who and what and the right and wrong of police interactions. Help us grow and educate more citizens and officers on the proper officer interaction conduct by liking this video and/or subscribing. UPDATE: Since the writing of this episode the trial was moved to a neighboring county and postponed until October 3, 2022.
Comment: A good solution is to hold these officers accountable for acting against the constitution and to discount the pay of all of the officers plus the captain for that shift for 2-weeks. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Defunding the police was a political move created by the Democrats to appease the public's outcry - it was meant to fail and did not address the problem."
The Mission Of An Audit
There are several distinct objectives in performing an audit.
- To make aware that my rights are being violated by a professional law enforcer
- To maintain calmness and a professional demeaner during the incident
- To articulate your a response or in a statement
- To evaluate if the law officer is being dishonest or just does not know the law
- To demonstrate to the public how to proceed with a situation
- To ask the law officer key questions
- How to respond to question by an law officer
- If the law officer is unwilling or is violating your right, ask that officer for the watch commander or captain
- From the evaluation, grade the officer(s) A - F
Creating A Resolution As A Result Of Unprofessional Behavior of a Law Enforcement Officer
Firstly, Ignorance-of-the-law is no excuse for the public nor for a law officer. The responsibility hits squarely with management and secondary with the individual who is in a position of power. When the constitution of human rights are trampled on, the individuals in power and those administrators shall be held personally accountable. It is criminal to enforce your illegal desire or command on to another person especially when you are seen as a protector and defender. A law enforcer shall be held even at a higher level of accountability as his or hers actions can have catastrophic consequences to an individual or individuals.
